Our classes are online, live over the phone or video conference. Some classes take place in the morning while others are during the work day or in the evening. You get all the materials you need before each class – workbooks, pre-class exercises, and notes of encouragement afterward, of course. Ever contemplated going back to school for your MBA? Or perhaps a part-time course so you can learn to code? Or maybe you want to learn a new skill that will up your career? This class covers the neuroscientific principles that every adult learner should know and master — diffuse and focused learning modes, how to ‘chunk’ new information, the illusion of learning, memory techniques, dealing with procrastination, and other scientific hacks shown by research to be most effective in helping you master whatever topic you decide to tackle.
